New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 22.8% decrease in the number of sold homes for the eleventh month of 2023 compared to 2022, and a 4.4% increase in the median sales price from $321,000 to $335,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 11th month of 2023 decreased 20.6% from 2022.

 

Kent County, DE

For the 11th month of 2023, Kent County experienced a 17.5% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and a 3.3% increase in the median sales price from $305,000 to $315,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the eleventh month of 2023 decreased 15.9% from 2022.

 

Sussex County, DE

For the eleventh month of 2023, Sussex County experienced a 12.0% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and a 5.1% increase in the median sales price from $425,997 to to $450,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 11th month of 2023 decreased 5.1% from 2022.

 

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 17.6% decrease in the number of sold homes for the eleventh month of 2023 compared to 2022, and a 3.1% increase in the median sales price from $515,000 to $531,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 11th month of 2023 decreased 14.4% from 2022.

 

Cecil County, MD

For the 11th month of 2023, Cecil County experienced a 28.4% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and an 10.3% increase in the median sales price from $305,000 to $336,488. The number of homes that went under contract in the eleventh month of 2023 decreased 23.5% from 2022.
