New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 21.7% decrease in the number of sold homes for the year 2023 compared to 2022, and a 4.7% increase in the median sales price from $320,000 to $335,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2023 decreased 19.7% from 2022.

 

Kent County, DE

For the year 2023, Kent County experienced a 16.4% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and a 3.3% increase in the median sales price from $305,000 to $315,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2023 decreased 15.8% from 2022.

 

Sussex County, DE

For the year 2023, Sussex County experienced a 11.2% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and a 4.7% increase in the median sales price from $429,707 to to $450,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2023 decreased 2.0% from 2022.

 

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 18.0% decrease in the number of sold homes for the year 2023 compared to 2022, and a 3.5% increase in the median sales price from $511,945 to $530,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2023 decreased 12.8% from 2022.

 

Cecil County, MD

For the year 2023, Cecil County experienced a 27.3% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022, and an 9.8% increase in the median sales price from $305,000 to $335,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2023 decreased 21.1% from 2022.
